HB 1307 -- Dumping and Littering Co-Sponsors: Rizzo, Campbell, Lograsso, Ross, McLuckie, Hoppe, Tudor, Reinhart, Curls This bill allows Kansas City to enact ordinances to protect property from illegal and unauthorized dumping and littering. Violators may be fined up to $1,000 and imprisoned for up to 12 months for each offense.
