HB 1356 -- Judicial Retirement Co-Sponsors: Skaggs, Smith Starting September 1, 2000, this bill permits judges who retired before August 28, 1995, to become special consultants who will have their retirement benefits recalculated to incorporate all annual cost-of-living increases that retired judges received between any judge's eligibility for retirement and actual retirement.
