HB 1530 -- Expenditures for School Safety and Security

This bill exempts transfers from the incidental fund to the
capital projects fund to cover capital expenditures for school
safety and security from fund transfer requirements.  It also
excludes safety and security expenditures from the current
operating costs of the base year and subsequent years in
calculating certificated salary compliance.
