HB 1576 -- Emergency Vehicles Sponsor: Patek This bill allows drivers to go around a stopped emergency vehicle on a 4-lane highway, when safe to do so, by driving at least one lane away from the emergency vehicle, unless otherwise directed by a law enforcement officer.
