HB 1926 -- Tank Wagons

Sponsor:  Wiggins

Currently, test procedures, specifications, tolerances, and
technical requirements for tank wagons are governed by the
National Bureau of Standards, Handbook 44 and supplements
thereto.  This bill permits exceptions for procedures,
specifications, tolerances, and requirements specifically
modified, amended, or rejected by a regulation issued by the
Director of the Department of Agriculture.
