HB 2012 -- Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Co-Sponsors: Barnett, Relford This bill gives law enforcement officers the option of issuing a citation to any operator who fails to exhibit an insurance identification card upon request by an officer. Currently, officers are required to issue a citation in such a circumstance.
