HB 2123 -- Peace Officers' Personnel Records

Co-Sponsors:  Thompson (72), Riley, Scheve, Harlan, Curls,
Wilson (42), Troupe

This bill allows hiring law enforcement agencies to have access
to peace officers' personnel records, including records
concerning uncompleted disciplinary investigations.  The bill
also requires that law enforcement agencies notify the Peace
Officers' Standards and Training Commission of any information
showing that a peace officer is unfit for certification.
