SB 897 - This act provides for adjustments to the
scholarship amount of the Higher Education Academic Scholarship
Program, better known as Bright Flight. The award amount is
currently $2000 per year. The bill increases that by $100 per
year for each of the next five school years, then provides for
future increases in proportion to the percentage increase in
average tuition paid to the University of Missouri.
