AN ACT
To amend chapter 301, RSMo, relating to the registration and licensing of motor vehicles by adding thereto one new section relating to licensing of farm wagons.
Section A. Chapter 301, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 301.022, to read as follows:
301.022. Four-wheel farm wagons may be drawn by any licensed motor vehicle on the highways of this state
without complying with the provisions of the law relating to lights and titling and registration and display of
license plates; provided that, unlicensed farm wagons shall only be drawn during daylight hours within five miles
of the residence of the owner thereof and there is displayed on the rear thereof a slow-moving equipment emblem
as described in subsection 2 of section 307.127, RSMo.
