AN ACT
Relating to restraining orders for juveniles.
Section 1. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, a court of competent jurisdiction may issue a
restraining order against persons less than eighteen years of age if it would be appropriate to issue the restraining
order if the person was at least eighteen years of age, unless such order is requested by the custodial parent of such
child.
