AN ACT

To amend chapter 198, RSMo, relating to nursing homes by adding thereto one new section relating to the same subject.



Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

Section A. Chapter 198, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 198.024, to read as follows:

198.024. The division of aging shall reduce by fifty percent the dollar amount of the fees required in section 198.018 for any facility that is determined to be in compliance with the provisions of sections 198.003 to 198.096 and the standards established thereunder following every inspection of such facility conducted by the division throughout the calendar year.
