AN ACT
To amend chapter 227, RSMo, relating to the state highway system by adding thereto one new section relating to the establishment of the World War II Pearl Harbor Survivors Memorial Highway on highway 63.
Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 227.304, to read as follows:
227.304. The portion of highway 63 located within a county of the third classification without a township form of
government and having a population greater than twenty-four thousand, but less than twenty-four thousand five
hundred inhabitants shall be designated the "World War II Pearl Harbor Survivors Memorial
Highway".
