AN ACT
To amend chapter 32, RSMo, relating to the department of revenue by adding thereto one new section relating to refunding of administrative fees.
Section A. Chapter 32, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 32.062, to read as follows:
32.062. The department of revenue shall refund all administrative penalties, fees, costs and fines paid to the
department if a person is acquitted of an intoxication-related traffic offense as defined in section 577.023,
RSMo.
