REP. SUSAN PHILLIPS

90th General Assembly

Rep. Susan Phillips, a Republican, represents parts of Platte and Clay counties (District 32) in the Missouri House of Representatives.

Rep. Phillips was elected in August 1999 to fulfill an unexpired term.

In addition to her legislative duties, Rep. Phillips, is co-owner of a building maintenance company in Kansas City and was a homemaker.

Rep. Phillips is a member of the following organizations: Riverside Chamber of Commerce; Northland Chamber of Commerce; National Federation of Independent Business; Platte County Women's Exchange; Platte Republican Association; Platte County Central Committee; Platte County Federation of Republican Women; Western Missouri Shooter's Alliance and the National Organization of Women Legislators. In addition to serving on the leadership team at River of Life Church since 1980, Rep. Phillips is also a volunteer and mentor with Synergy Services.

A graduate of Burlington High School in Burlington, Colorado, Rep. Phillips attended Atlantic Airline School and Maple Woods Community College.

Born June 18, 1949 in Burlington, Rep. Phillips resides in Kansas City, with her husband Keith. They have three children: Chris, Hannah and Asher.
