REP. BILL TUDOR
90th General Assembly
Rep. Bill Tudor, a Republican, represents part of Jackson County (District 45) in the Missouri House of Representatives.
Currently retired, Rep. Tudor served over 21 years in the United States Air Force. He also served as executive director of the Grandview Area Chamber of Commerce for six years and owned a Midas franchise for five years, winning the Midas "Rookie of the Year" for the seven-state Midwest region.
As an officer in the U.S. Air Force, he accumulated over 6,000 hours of flying time, and was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross, plus an Air Medal with three oak leaf clusters for his service in Vietnam.
Rep. Tudor's civic activities include the Grandview and South Kansas City Chambers of Commerce; Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program; Harmony in Grandview; the Lions Club, past president and district officer; and he is a lifetime member of the Missouri PTA.
A former board member for the Children's Center for the Visually Impaired, he also participated with the Salvation Army advisory board, City Planning Commission, Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program, and the Comprehensive School Improvement Plan committee.
A graduate of Marshall High School in Marshall, Arkansas, Rep. Tudor received a bachelor of science degree in mathematics from the University of Central Arkansas, and a master of arts in management with a second major in human relations from Webster University in Webster Groves, Missouri.
Rep. Tudor is a member of the Grandview Assembly of God Church.
Born June 26, 1938, in Marshall, Arkansas, Rep. Tudor currently resides in Grandview with his wife, Carol. They have three children: Barry, Lori and Jebi, and ten grandchildren.
