REP. JAMES P. O' TOOLE

90th General Assembly

Rep. James P. O'Toole, a Democrat, represents part of St. Louis City and Shrewsbury (District 68) in the Missouri House of Representatives.

He is a member of the National Conference of State Legislatures and the State Records Commission.

In addition to his legislative duties, Rep. O'Toole is a small business owner and a member of Pipefitters Local 562.

Rep. O' Toole, a 1976 graduate of Cleveland High School, attended Western Illinois University and graduated from the University of Missouri - St. Louis. He also served as a lieutenant in the sheriff's department for twelve years in the City of St. Louis as a supervisor in the service department.

Born April 2, 1958, in St. Louis, Rep. O' Toole resides there with his wife, Ronda, and children, Alexandra, Timothy and Katherine.
