REP. DAVID L. REYNOLDS
90th General Assembly
Rep. David Reynolds, a Democrat, represents parts of Florissant and unincorporated North St. Louis County (District 77) in the Missouri House of Representatives.
Elected to his first two-year term in 1994, Rep. Reynolds is a writer, illustrator, and publisher.
Rep. Reynolds is a member of the following organizations: St. Sabina Catholic Church; St. Sabina Men's Club; Council 2951 Knights of Columbus; Bishop Wurm Assembly, 4th Degree Knights of Columbus; St. Oliver Plunkett Ancient Order of Hibernians; Rotary Club of Florissant; Florissant Valley Chamber of Commerce; the North County Labor/Legislative Club; and the North County Athletic and Social Club.
Rep. Reynolds' civic involvement includes 19 years on the Florissant City Council, including four terms as president; president of the St. Louis County Municipal League; and a board member of the East-West Gateway Coordinating Council. He is a director, North County, Inc.; vice chairman, North Star District of Boy Scouts of America; board of managers, Emerson Family YMCA; and director of Father Dunne's Home for Boys.
Born in 1936 in St. Louis, Rep. Reynolds graduated from Central High School in St. Louis. He also graduated from National Technical School, Los Angeles, CA and Cleveland Institute of Electronics, Cleveland, OH.
