Rep. Chris Liese, a Democrat, represents part of St. Louis County (District 85) in the Missouri House of Representatives.

In addition to his legislative duties, Rep. Liese owns a benefit and financial consulting firm. He is also a member of the following organizations: Incarnate Word Church; Missouri Jaycees; St. Blaise Alumni Committee; and Maryland Heights Democratic Club.

A 1981 graduate of Christian Brothers College High School, Rep. Liese received a bachelor of arts from St. Louis University in 1985. In 1997, he completed advanced studies in State and Local Government from Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government. He has also earned his Life Underwriters Training Council Fellow.

Born March 24, 1963, Rep. Liese resides in St. Louis with his wife Sheila and their two daughters.
