REP. MARILYN TAYLOR WILLIAMS
90th General Assembly
Rep. Marilyn Williams, a Democrat, represents part of Stoddard and Scott counties (District 159) in the Missouri House of Representatives.
In addition to her legislative duties, Rep. Williams is a restaurateur. She and her family also own and operate an aquaculture operation. Formerly, she was a legal secretary.
Past president of the Dexter Chamber of Commerce, Rep. Williams was the recipient of the Small Business Person of the Year award-Eastern District of Missouri in 1986 and Beta Sigma Phi Woman of the Year.
Rep. Williams is a member of the following organizations: Dudley Chamber of Commerce; Dexter Chamber of Commerce; Baptist Church; and Stoddard County Association of Retarded Citizens.
A 1972 graduate of Dexter Senior High School, Rep. Williams also attended Three Rivers Community College and Southwest Baptist College.
Born August 12, 1954, in Dexter, Rep. Williams resides in Dudley with her husband Rick Williams and two sons, Richard and Roy.
