HB 652 -- BONDED PUBLIC OFFICERS
SPONSOR: Robirds
COMMITTEE ACTION: Voted "do pass" by the Committee on Elections

FISCAL NOTE: No impact on state funds.

time and the expense of running a campaign if they know before
hand that they cannot get bonded even if they win an election.
Testifying for the bill was Representative Robirds.
OPPONENTS: There was no opposition voiced to the committee.
