HB 100 -- Early Voting Procedures

This bill allows absentee voting for any reason up to 5 days
before an election.  The bill also allows absentee voting for
defined overseas voters for federal and statewide office and
statewide ballot issues, but not state representatives and
senators.  Additionally, the bill gives election authorities the
option of offering early voting from 20 days to 5 days before an
election and requires the election authorities to establish and
post the early voting hours and places.
