HB 103 -- Income Tax:  Property Tax Credit

Co-Sponsors:  Bearden, Portwood, Dempsey, Phillips, Hunter, Byrd

This bill allows a non-refundable individual income tax credit
equal to the amount of property taxes paid or $150 per year,
whichever is less.  The maximum credit will be $150 per tax
return, regardless of whether the taxpayer's filing status is
married or single.
