HB 158 -- Driver's Examination

Sponsor:  Ross

This bill requires the Director of the Department of Revenue to
waive all testing for any applicant for a Missouri driver's
license who has a valid license from another state which has
requirements for issuance of a license comparable to the
requirements of the state of Missouri.
