HB 172 -- Sales/Use Tax Holiday

This bill exempts from state and local sales and use tax the
sale of certain clothing when sold during the month of August.
Each individual item must sell for $20 or less to qualify for
the exemption.

The exemption will expire on August 31, 2005.
