HB 28 -- Unlawful Use of Weapons

Co-Sponsors:  Wilson (42), Boykins, Curls

This bill expands the definition of unlawful use of weapons to
include the discharge of a firearm in the air, except for when
legally hunting or participating in a recognized sport event.
