HB 297 -- Primary Elections

Under current law, separate primary ballots are prepared for
each party, and a voter must request a specific party's ballot
to vote in a primary election.  This bill changes that system by
requiring a single ballot for all primary candidates.  A voter
may only vote for one candidate for each office.
