HB 299 -- Aggressive Driving

This bill prohibits any vehicle operator from knowingly
harassing or alarming any person by increasing or decreasing
speed, changing lanes, following too close, obstructing the
operation of another person's vehicle, or operating a vehicle in
a manner that endangers any person or property.  Violation is a
class A misdemeanor.  Any person who violates this provision
where a person is seriously injured or killed is guilty of a
class D felony and their driving privileges will be revoked for
one year and not reinstated until the person has attended an
approved driving school.
