HB 398 -- Ambulance Service

This bill allows, upon voter approval, fire protection districts
which provide emergency ambulance service to also provide
nonemergency ambulance service and to charge a fee exclusively
for the ambulance service.  The fire district is prohibited from
using fire district funds for the ambulance service.
