HB 417 -- CASA Funding

Co-Sponsors:  Dougherty, Fraser, Froelker

This bill establishes the Missouri CASA Fund in the state
treasury, to be funded by unclaimed lottery prize moneys.  The
State Courts Administrator will administer and disburse the
funds.
