HB 455 -- Peace Officer Training

This bill requires canines acquired by law enforcement agencies
after July 1, 2002, to be trained and certified along with the
handlers.  The Director of the Department of Public Safety will
set by rule the hours and type of canine-handler training
required for certification and the certification fee.
