HB 534 -- County Contracts

Co-Sponsors:  Johnson (90), Hollingsworth, McKenna, Wagner,
Selby, Abel

This bill increases to $10,000 the amount a county can contract
for or purchase without advertising for bids.  Under current
law, a county must advertise for purchases and contracts over
$4,500.
