HB 566 -- Veterans' Recognition

Co-Sponsors:  Hanaway, Brooks, Bowman, Linton, May (149), Behnen

This bill requires the Department of Elementary and Secondary
Education, with the cooperation of the Missouri Veterans
Commission, to develop a program to award honorary high school
diplomas to certain World War II veterans who did not complete
their education after the war.  The department and commission
must jointly develop the program, to be known as Operation
Recognition.
