HB 591 -- Guide to Services for Older Adults

This bill requires the Division of Aging to create a publication
that lists services for older adults.  Public and private
organizations and companies and the services they provide will
be included and listed by category of service and geographical
region.  The publication will make clear that it is not an
endorsement and will include information on where to obtain
licensure status, inspection, and survey information on the
quality of services.  The publication will incorporate the
information in the current Division of Aging senior guide and
replace it, with funds appropriated for the current guide to be
applied to the new publication.  The division may contract for
the production of the publication, under conditions specified in
the bill.
