HB 627 -- Presidential Electors

This bill requires the state committees to nominate 2 "at-large"
electors, who will be elected on the basis of the statewide vote
for President and Vice-President.  It also requires each
congressional district committee to nominate one elector, who
will be elected on the basis of the vote for President and
Vice-President in that congressional district.
