HB 657 -- Motor Vehicle Accidents

This bill allows attorney's fees and court costs and establishes
a minimum award of $500 in compensatory damages, for any
pedestrian or cyclist injured by a motorist, when the motorist
acted negligently, recklessly, or intentionally.
