HB 717 -- Sales/Use Tax:  Exemption for Sales of Natural Gas

Co-Sponsors:  Burton, Mays (50), Reid

This bill suspends the state and local sales and use taxes on
all sales of natural gas to commercial and industrial customers
for the months of February, March, April, and December of 2001
and for the months of January and February of 2002.

The bill contains an emergency clause.
