HB 734 -- Expenditures by the Department of Transportation

This bill requires that the total amount of appropriations from
the Highways and Transportation Fund to all other state
departments for purposes not related to highway construction and
maintenance be reduced by one-third of the Fiscal Year 2001
total in Fiscal Years 2002, 2003, and 2004, resulting in zero
appropriations for Fiscal Year 2005.
