HB 811 -- Involuntary Manslaughter

This bill expands the crime of first degree involuntary
manslaughter to include persons who, while in the process of
committing an illegal activity, either fail to summon aid or
prohibit others from summoning aid when a person's death could
have been avoided if aid had been summoned.
