HB 815 -- Credit Card Fraud

Co-Sponsors:  Burcham, Crowell

This bill establishes venue in criminal prosecutions for
fraudulent use of a credit device and stealing offenses in which
another person's credit card number, check, or checking account
number is fraudulently used for the purpose of obtaining
property or services of another.
