HB 849 -- Missouri Consolidated Health Care Plan

Co-Sponsors:  Myers, Black, Crowell, Schwab, Clayton

This bill requires the board of trustees of the Missouri
Consolidated Health Care Plan to complete all contract
agreements for the provision of medical coverage and services
prior to January 1 of the calender year in which the contract
agreements become effective.
