HB 893 -- Special License Plates

This bill allows members of the Missouri Botanical Garden and of
the St. Louis, Kansas City, or Springfield zoo to obtain a
special license plate bearing the emblem of the garden or
respective zoo.  To obtain a plate, an emblem-use authorization
statement must be obtained from the garden or zoo (with a $35
contribution) and presented to the Department of Revenue along
with payment of any fees and documents required by law.  Any
contribution to the garden or zoo derived from authorization
statements, less administrative costs, will be used solely for
the purposes of the garden or zoo.
