HB 898 -- Uniform Planned Community Act

Co-Sponsors:  Hilgemann, Hendrickson, Campbell

This bill enacts the Uniform Planned Community Act substantially
in conformance to the act drafted and approved by the National
Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws in 1980.  The
Uniform Planned Community Act is nearly identical to the Uniform
Condominium Act, Chapter 448, RSMo, with its main differences
relating to the differences in the nature of planned communities
and condominiums.
