HB 939 -- Associate Circuit Judges

Under current law, the number of associate circuit judges per
county is determined by population on the basis of the last
decennial census or annual population estimates prepared by the
United States Bureau of the Census.  The number of associate
circuit judges can be adjusted only after 3 consecutive years
indicating the required population.  This bill deletes these
provisions.
