HB 959 -- Limited Access Highways

Sponsor:  Kreider

This bill requires legislative approval before the Department of
Transportation may designate a highway as limited access.  The
department must prepare and submit to the Joint Committee on
Transportation Oversight, by December 31, 2001, a list of all
highways currently designated as limited access.  The committee
will approve or disapprove those highways.
