HB 980 -- Highway Contracts

This bill requires that when determining a contractor's
qualifications on a bid for state construction projects and the
contractor is required to submit a list of equipment and
construction materials, the Department of Transportation must
process the approval or disapproval of equipment and
construction materials proposed by a contractor within 30 days
of the submission.
