HB 626 -- MARRIAGE LICENSES (Hosmer)

This bill clarifies that persons who do not have Social Security
numbers may still apply for and receive marriage licenses as
long as they sign statements that they do not have Social
Security numbers.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds.
