SCS HB 808 & HB 951 -- CONVEYANCES IN COLE COUNTY

This bill authorizes the Governor to convey 2 pieces of property
in Cole County to Jefferson City for waste water purposes.

The bill further authorizes the Governor to convey a parcel of
state property in Jefferson City to the Governor Hotel, LLC.
