AN ACT

To repeal section 302.138, RSMo 2000, relating to motorcycle safety education.



Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

Section A. Section 302.138, RSMo 2000, is repealed.

[302.138. The provisions of sections 302.133 to 302.137 shall terminate on August 28, 2002.]
