AN ACT
To amend chapter 9, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to mandatory observance of certain state holidays by the general assembly.
Section A. Chapter 9, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 9.025, to read as follows:
9.025. The general assembly and all employees of the general assembly shall officially observe Martin Luther King
Day as a public holiday in the same manner as other state employees.
