AN ACT

To amend chapter 483, RSMo, relating to clerks of courts by adding thereto one new section relating to clerks' salaries.



Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

Section A. Chapter 483, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 483.081, to read as follows:

483.081. The base salary for all court clerks II and III who work directly for a circuit or an associate circuit judge is increased by two thousand dollars per calendar year.
